He's apparently a happy drunk, too. Starting around 6pm EST on New Year's Eve, a tipsy Howard Stern and his wife have been calling dozens of fans and wishing them a happy new year. Who knows how long this phone-happy session will last, so hit up Howie with your number sooner than later. Maybe he'll call you.
